Our MP2000DD can be used to dispense a variety of liquids. It features our new Heavy Duty 10 GPM rotary gear head. It has 1/2" NPT ports in and out with 3/4" NPT adapters installed to accept the 1" hose barbs. This system is to be used with 1" ID hose. It can transfer used motor oil, diesel, biodiesel, waste vegetable oil, bulk oil, fuel oil, hydraulic oil, and motor oil. The MP2000DD works well with diesel, biodiesel, and fuel oil on up to 15w40. This unit works best with oils above 50 degrees in temperature. This model has an adjustable pressure relief system that allows the user to control the pressure the pump creates and allows the operator to use a trigger nozzle. Trigger nozzles are $50.00 and 1" oil resistant hose is $3.25 per foot. Suction wands are $35.00. Our 1" oil resistant hose kit which has two 10 foot hoses, a full set of cam lever quick couplers, and a 42" suction wand w/16 mesh screen is $229.00 + $30.00 shipping. The hose kit makes using the system much easier and avoids oil spillage. Each port on the pump and the hoses has a plug or a cap to keep oil from leaking out during transport. A very good investment. This is the MP2000F Waste Oil Transfer/Filtration System which features the MP2000DD transfer pump, a 10 micron spin-on filter system with mount, a dual ball valve filter bypass system, 1" hose barbs and hose clamps. Add $15.00 for a pressure gauge. This system can be used to transfer oil, collect oil, or to filter it. This unit works best with oil that is above 50 degrees in temperature. By setting the ball valves on or off you can run oil through the filter or choose to bypass it. This feature makes it easy to go from filtration system to transfer system in just seconds. Filters for this system can be purchased at most auto parts stores! We sell them for $7.00 each. This transfer system has a 1/2" port heavy duty cast iron pumping unit that features an adjustable pressure relief system. There is a bolt on the back of the gear head that can be turned in or out to set the pressure higher or lower. This system has a max pressure of 100 PSI. This high pressure ensures you will get longer life out of the replaceable element filters. Accessories for this system are the 42" suction wand with 16 mesh screen for $35.00, 1" oil resistant hose for $3.25 per foot, or a cleanable suction strainer for $125.00. Our MP2000F Complete Waste Oil Filtration System features the MP2000DD transfer pump, a 10 micron filter system with mount, a dual ball valve filter bypass system, 20 feet of 1" oil resistant hose, hose clamps, and a 42" long suction wand with a 16 mesh screen. The MP2000F Complete Waste Oil Filtration System, which is similar to the MP3000F in design, features many similar heavy duty parts such as a positive displacement rotary gear head and a 1/3 HP 110 volt electric motor. The MP2000F is a 1/2" NPT port pump. The biggest difference is the motor. The MP2000F has a Leeson 1/3 HP motor that spins at 1800 RPM. The MP3000F has a Baldor motor that spins at 1140 RPM. The MP2000F is designed to transfer oil that is above 50 degrees in temperature and not heavier than 15w40 motor oil. The MP3000F is required when filtering large amounts of oil, when transferring cold oil below 50 degrees in temperature, or transferring heavy oil like gear lube. The MP2000F is a direct drive pump. The motor and the pump run at the same speed. This system works well with fluids such as fuel oil, diesel, WVO, motor oils, antifreeze, and biodiesel. Motor oil should be above 50 degrees in temperature when using the MP2000F. This pump has an adjustable internal pressure relief system (pressure output up to 100 PSI) and can be used with filters or trigger nozzles. Filters should be mounted on the pressure side of the pump. Filters last longer on the pressure side. Pumps push better than they pull oil. This pump is perfect for users who have small to medium size quantities of waste oil, WVO, or diesel to transfer and need a pump that is self primeing, easy to use, and very dependable.
