Welcome to Redline Custom Equipment, home of the Redline MP2000RSG and the MP2000F Heavy Duty Waste Oil Transfer/Filtration Systems. Our MP2000RSG series pump has proven itself to be one of most versatile and affordable fluid transfer systems on the market today. It is capable of transferring waste motor oil, bulk motor oil, waste vegetable oil, diesel fuel, fuel oil, and antifreeze. It's flow rates are 8-10 GPM depending on the viscosity and temperature of your oil. This pump can transfer cold oil stored outside during winter weather. This system needs to be used with 1" hose if cold oil is to be pumped to keep a good flow rate and the suction hose should be as short as possible! Specify this when ordering so we can supply the 1" hose and barbs. Hydraulic oil will move at 9 GPM when it is above 50 degrees. 15w40 diesel engine oil will move at 8 GPM when it is above 50 degrees. It self primes with suction hoses up to 50 feet long. Shorter suction hoses are better and will ensure a faster flow rate. This is most important with oil below 50 degrees in temperature. It will lift oil 20 feet. It has a built in pressure relief system and creates 40-45 psi. It is a very good pump to use for transferring oil and on filtration systems. It is best to put any filters on the pressure side of the pump. It is rated for continuous duty. The MP2000RSG has a Baldor Industrial Grade 110 Volt motor with a built in speed reducer that amplifies the power going to the pumping unit. This industrial grade reduced speed motor is what sets the MP2000RSG apart from most other pumps on the market (including our own MP2000DD). Pumps that turn their pumping units at full motor speed (1800 rpm) do not work well for transferring heavy or cold oils. The MP2000RSG automatically runs at a reduced speed so heavy or thick oil may be transferred. Cold oil is any oil below 50 degrees in temperature. This pump works well on filtration systems where the pump will be run at full pressure (which is important to get the most life out of your replaceable filters.) When a fractional horsepower motor is used on a gear pump, it is better to run it at a reduced speed, like the MP2000RSG does. These pumps can be configured for most any application and have many accessories including filter assemblies, strainers, suction wands, oil resistant pressure hose, and suction hose. We will customize your order to fit your needs. Suction and pressure hose is available for these pumps in any length you may need. 3/4" suction hose is $1.50 per foot and 3/4" oil resistant pressure hose is $2.90 per foot. The MP2000RSG comes standard with steel 3/4" female pipe thread 90 degree elbows. These elbows accept 3/4" or 1" hose barbs. Specify which size hose barbs you need when ordering. 1" oil resistant hose is $3.25 per foot and is recommended for cold oil transfer. We have a 1" hose kit available for $229.00. The MP2000F features the MP2000RSG Transfer Pump along with a 10 micron spin-on filter system. It has a Baldor 1/3 HP 110 Volt Industrial electric motor with electronic speed reduction and a heavy duty cast iron pump with steel gears and an internal pressure relief system that puts out 40-45 PSI. We can increase the max pressure to 90 PSI upon request. This filtration system features a 10 micron spin-on filter standard. It can also accept a water block filter if you need to remove water from your oil. These water block filter are available upon request. The cast aluminum filter head can accept a pressure gauge. The gauge for this system is an extra $15.00. The pressure gauge will help indicate when your filter is plugged with debris. There in no pressure relief system in the filter head itself so no unfiltered oil can get past the filter element. When the filter plugs, the pump will automatically go into bypass mode. It will create pressure against the filter until it is changed. With this system, you have the option of filtering or just transferring your oil. This is done by the use of 2 brass ball valves. One shuts the filter off and on and the other allows the flow of oil out of the pump to be sent to a bypass hose. The 10 micron filter elements for this system can be purchased at most auto parts stores! We sell them as well for $7.00 each. The 10 micron water block filters are $14.00 each. 3 Micron filters are $14.00 each. The motor requires a 3000 watt power inverter or generator to be run in remote areas. It draws 7.4 amps. This system is set up for use with 3/4" ID hose. Notice: If you intend to pump cold oil (below 50 degrees) we suggest an upgrade to 1" ID hose which is an extra $15.00. The MP2000F Complete Waste Oil Filtration System incorporates a modular design featuring the MP2000RSG transfer pump along with two main filtration components. This system also offers 20 feet of high quality 3/4" oil resistant hose. The first filtration component is the 40" long suction wand with a 400 micron screen that is placed into the oil source. The oil then goes through the pumping unit and out to the 10 micron spin on filter. This system has a dual ball valve system that allows the user to either filter or bypass the oil in the final stage. We do offer a dual filter system that puts two filters in series. This is a good idea if your filtering oil that is to be burned in a vehicle as fuel. Two filters, like the 10 micron water block and the 3 micron would be best in a dual filter set-up. The extra filter system would add $50.00. We also have gauges for this system for $15.00 each. If you filter waste vegetable oil, the oil should be 140 degres in temperature. If your collecting WVO, the oil can bypass the final filter. If your collecting waste motor oil that is below 40 degrees in temperature, you would want to bypass the oil past the final filter. The system can be used with a 10 micron, 10 micron water block, or a 3 micron element. The 10 Micron filters can be purchased at most auto parts stores! They cost around $7.00 each. The 10 micron water block filters are $13.50 each and we stock them. The 3 micron filters are $11.00 each. If filtering down to 10 microns, your waste vegetable oil should be at least 140 degrees in temperature or the filter can plug after just a few gallons. The exception to this is if the oil is of real good quality. The quality of the oil determines if it will filter at temps below 140 degrees. Motor oil can be filtered without heating as long as the oil is warmer 40 degrees. Colder motor oil will filter more slowly. This system is $759.00 + $65.00 shipping.
